Hajdú Anett, designer and illustrator

Anett Hajdú is a Budapest-based fashion illustrator, designer, and doctoral researcher whose practice explores the intersection of fashion, image-making, and visual storytelling. Originally trained as an accessories designer at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME), she has worked across fashion design, illustration, publishing, and education.

For the past decade, her work has focused on contemporary fashion illustration as both an applied and autonomous medium. Through hand-painted imagery, publications, installations, and collaborations with fashion and jewelry brands, she investigates how illustration can communicate atmosphere, identity, and narrative beyond the conventions of fashion photography.

Alongside her artistic practice, she teaches at MOME and conducts doctoral research on the role of fashion illustration within contemporary visual culture. She is also the founder and editor of On Paper, an independent publication dedicated to contemporary fashion illustration and its international community.
